I had purchased a frock for my *month old baby online from child bird site on *th march Wednesday. Prior to booking i had made sure that size fits my baby girl, i had personally texted them via chat option in which they had said to select the size *-* yr. i had selected the same. I had asked them about return/refund/replacement prior to booking they said we have that option i can check their refund policy after confirming i had made payment through online. I had paid Rs ****/-, product was delivered to me on **th march. Product delivered was damaged and poor fitting. I had texted them several time regarding damaged product and size issue. I had mailed them. Called them but switched off. I didn’t get reply from them even through single source. I wonder how did i received immediate reply from them on the day of purchase. And now none of them responds. Please be careful with these sites cheating people in the name of children clothing.
