I am Shivani Sharma Singh, this is to bring into your kind notice that I have made an online bank transfer of INR ***** on **th Oct **** via transaction id *CQKNs*Z**** to the bank account of "The Hippie Vibes" owned by Kashish Acharya on some mutually agreed conditions i.e. pay ***** + courier charges as actual to the order suppose to deliver in Delhi NCR.

She has requested for ***** first to execute the order and the moment the money is credited into her account I called her for confirmation and she refused to deliver the same product in nothing less than ***** INR. I was shocked to hear that how one can change the statements so quickly.

She did not share anything about no refund, no cancellation policy before order in any of her communication. The moment she received the money she has started coming up with new things every hour.

She said if you don't want to cancel it and I accepted and asked her to cancel the order. She was very dominantly yelling and screaming at me over the call and then immediately she refused to refund my money or cancel the order. I kept on requesting her as this is my hard-earned money but she behaved very rudely and asked me that even if I wish to go legal then she can handle it too.

I was very shocked to see this indisciplined attitude of making a mockery of the Indian Judicial System.

Since then her entire team is passing emails and creating more mental trauma in my life. It's emotional harassment that I am facing due to her stinky emails. She has started threatening me now to pay the remaining money i.e. ***** - ***** = **** or else she will forfeit and keep the entire money. Is it a Gunda raj sir? Her attitude towards law and order is very casual and this kind of people should be taught a lesson otherwise they will keep duping innocent people.

I am just relying on you to get this resolved. Please help and show me the correct way.
