Cheating and failing to refund the amount filed complaint against Infra Solutions on Mar 30, 2026

H* Infra Solutions had committed to deliver UPVC windows by October ****. However, they failed to deliver within the agreed timeline despite receiving full payment in advance. I have been consistently following up with the company regarding the delivery, but there has been no satisfactory response.

Due to the delay, I was forced to get the pending work completed through another vendor, which resulted in an additional expense of ₹**,*** from my own pocket.

I have requested a refund from H* Infra Solutions multiple times. It has now been almost six months, yet the amount has not been refunded. Furthermore, the vendor is no longer responding to my calls or communications.
