Flipstar Clothing - Cheated with wrong poor and cheap product

I Ordered a silk saree from flipstar (https://www.flipstar.in/product-detail/designer-blue-colored-soft-silk-saree-----fs***-****) on **/**/****. Immediately after placing cod delivery I received the call from them ( ****** ***** ) for the confirmation and they said the product will be delivered in * days. After * days of product delivered and paid the COD amount ****/-. I really shocked after seeing the actual product. It is some blue and red colour netted saree. It doesn't look like the item shown on the product page. And quality also very poor and not a silk saree. It wouldn't be worth of Rs ***/-. Then I went back to flipstar websites account and tried to return the product. Another shocking thing is they didn't change the status to “delivered”. It is still showing product dispatched and only of the status goes to delivered we can able to return. Flipstar is a great cheater. I tried to reach them through call and mail. And they didn't respond. Please don't buy any products from flipstar.
