Openwireless. In - Cheated with different as well as duplicate product

I saw their ad in FB status while going through it and it was written stock clearance and with very good price.Then it was showing to give my information for placing my order.I got the delivery within two days but I got old used and duplicate stereo headphone and cardboard in that which made the product weighted.The courier guy denied opening the parcel before the COD amount.I ordered noise earphone and Sennheiser headphone wireless.I thought of getting scammed but still though due to stock clearance price would be low.Hence I was cheated please help me out to get these scammers to get caught.
