SARIHUB.COM - Cheated twice and not issuing refund

Initially ordered a sari. The product I recieved was extremely cheap looking following. I had to spend *** rs from my pocket to courier it back. And Sarihub did not agree to refund the money to my card.
Had to order another product. They have delivered a synthetic sari instead of a silk sari with torn blouse material.
Please provide consumer grievance.
