Hi team,
Few days back, I got regular calls and messages from Bandhan Matrimony service guys to help me to find my match. When I selected a match and asked for her contact details, they asked me for paid services. When I agreed they sent me the payment link. After payment When I asked me for the match contact service guys named ‘Komal & team’ treated me with slang and behaved rudely.
I paid **** INR online for which I have the transaction details for further reference.
Now neither I got the contact details nor any kind of services activated for me.
This is completely fraudulent practices performed by Bandhan Matrimony team.
I have complete whatsapp message chain too to proof that malpractice happened to me.
I want immediate resolution at earliest,
