Funk Salon - Cheated me with their service and charged me more than the actual price

As I am working in an organization, I know how much people try to protect their organization and how much they care about their customers. It is not a one-night affair for its creation of organization and many people and families depend on their profession. But I never saw such theoremism in this salon and staff. The first time I took the same service from Just Flaunt Salon I was really happy for their service and their professionalism and could not even get an inch in these people. I was really looking for change and was anxious to find better service from that salon but I am really regretting reaching this people. The people of this salon made me feel cheated. Now I am realizing the value of Just Flaunt Salon. Funk Salon people are money crooks. I went for straightening, which is actually **** from NearBuy, but they finally convinced me to do the smoothening service and made me pay ****+ and that's the result I got now and it hasn't been ** days they have served me and it was normal hair again. I think my hair was much better before going to this salon and if I am trying to reach them there is no response and the lady who was at the reception at the Banjara Hills branch was trying to convince people with a smile. But if we give feedback, she doesn't give a shit. I am very disappointed with this service and when these people are not answering my calls, I am showing anger at the people around me. I yelled at my mother many times because they are not answering my calls. I had not slept for many nights, as I regretted the service taken from them. They has * branches of this salon and it is not a big issue, but being a middle class family girl, it is a big deal for me. These people take money, serve you and they do not bother even if anything goes wrong. I also told them that I had gone through the review about your salon and that I felt something messy, the receptionist somehow convinced me to take the service. But the fact is that the * and * star reviews given by the public are true and they deserve it. If I can give a * rating, I'm happy to give it and they really deserve it.
