let s go in - cheated in the name of bank recruitment

Applied for branch manager in kotak bank through shine.com, i got mail from consultnt asking educational documents. Then they scheduled a interview and later mr. Hemant (**********) called me and told taht i was selected and need to pay **** for document verification, he asked several other charges which are uptp * lacs and then he asked that verification team will visit your house and all your amount will be refunded, but teams never visited then I asked him fro refund and he took other charges from me in name of refund. Last week he told me that all amount is approved and in gateway but the person managing gateway is asking for ***** which I refused to pay and tried to contact senior Raju Kumar (**********) but didn't responded.
