Just Dial private limited - Cheated from just dial limited

I have signed up a contract with M/s Just Dial Limited on dated: **/**/**** for * years, national listing. The telesales person with whom I was over the phone who made me understood all the plan detail was Mr Uma Sankar (Manager) (Mobile No: **********) and he confirmed me the price of Rs. *****/- for * years, national listing. After confirmation, he sent his executive to collect the cheque and clear all my doubts and explain to me how this promotion works.
The executive who came to my office Mr Mubassar Rahaman (Mobile No: **********), he re-confirmed me all the plan details which were told me by Mr Uma Shankar. So I presented my company's cheque to him. In return, he gave me a customer receipt mentioning national listing for * years. After a few days, I got a mail in which the contract was attached. After seeing the contract I was shocked as the tenure was not mentioned in it. So I had called the executive who came to my office to collect cheque he told me not to worry I am sending you mail regarding the confirmation of * years national listing. So I have received a mail from Mr Debjyoti Das marking a copy to Mr Uma Shankar & Mr Mubassar Rahaman. That mail screenshot is attached with the mail. After ** months I am getting to know that my tenure is only * year. I have mailed entire just dial team many times for the rectification and updating of packages. Even I have called all the person who is marked in this mail many times for the same but nobody is responding to it.
Now I don't have any other option but to go to consumer court and file my grievances so that I get the money refunded or they extend my tenure as per their contract. Hope I will be getting all the help from your end to get my money back from them. I will also keen to know is there any other procedure to take legal action against them. As I am totally harnessed by just dial executive who is calling me every day for renewal of package.
I am attaching receipt copy of the cheque given by executive and also the confirmation mail from Mr Debjyoti.
