Sarovar Hotels - cheated for payment for a hotel stay

I had made a payment to a senior staff of the hotel Sorovar,Amritsar, punjab trough western union from malaysia in advance. was cheated when i left earlier to malaysia and my father was made to pay Rs **,*** more than the said bill.
Only * months later that i received an email from the hotel saying that the senior staff employed by the hotel had cheated a number of their clients and no further payments should be made to him. I had contacted the hotel authorities but received no reply from them.i have all the evidence with me,.
