Bevcon Wayors Pvt Ltd - Cheated denied to pay the dues

M/s. Bevcon Wayors Private Limited located at cherlapally, hyderabad an leading material handling company in India. However, as the time progressed many of the working employees including myself have moved out from that organization and started to look out for their careers respectively.

In view of this, We would like to inform you that the company has not paid my salaries for * months and more nor any of the benefits like Gratuity, PF, Dues, Full and final settlement are also not been cleared. Myself contributed to that company around ** years

Myself approached the promoters of the organization Mr. Y Srinivas Reddy many times. Now they have stopped attending our calls and not evening responding to our mails or messages. Few of employees even filed a cheating case on the promoters also.

Myself approached the Labour department, EPFO, CP grams, Local police station & Concerned Govt authorities and lodged a complaint. Still as on date no course of action has taken place.

Above organisation running their businesses well & paying salaries to their employees. But clearing of my dues is not happening & cheating us

Due to the Pandemic situation, my Life turns around & facing financial challenges.

Requesting to take the necessary disciplinary action on the Organisation & ensure to get the Justice to me.
