I have ordered a dress from this site what they sent has no match to the one I ordered. As soon as i received package i mailed them saying same. Their cell is switched off no respone to mail , i cant return the product unless they initiate return policy ,they have condition that package needs to be returned with in * days and within **hrs need to intimate them their phone is switched off and no response tomy mail so how return would be initiated ?
