Jaunt Holidays - Cheated by travel agency

I am writing to file a grievance WRT Jaunt Holidays' service with the recent trip that I had fixed with their team.
The Agent Kashish was well informed about our arrival time in the morning at * AM, and due to Jaunt Holiday's poor planning, we had to adjust in a guest house with very poor maintenance for an extra ***/-. Driver was co-operative enough to find a place for us.
The Agent was well informed about my trip with my senior citizen parents and the requirement of a clean washroom with **/* running water. However in the so-called "AC Deluxe Private Houseboat '' water flow was very less, and we were compelled to wash our hair and skin with muddy water.
I was told the onboarding would be Hassle free but the same was not done when it came to practice.
In the pictures provided for the "AC Deluxe Houseboat" a proper ceiling fan was visible, proper lights and TV was also visible. However our houseboat had neither of them, only one fan adjusted to the side wall that too for * people (I was not informed prior that AC would only work from *:** PM!). When I put forward the argument to their Agent Kashish, she denied saying Houseboat is for experience, TV anyway doesn't work in any of the house boats, you will have to manage. She also asked me to revert this to the Vendor which was ideally her job to be done.
Welcome drinks were so out of taste that we personally asked for Tender coconut water but we did not get any.
We had informed *-* times to the Hotel Reception at Sara Hotel, Kochi, about the faulty wifi with poor or no network but no action was taken , hence I could not check my emergency work mails. We paid extra for Jaunt Holidays as "Convenience Fee '' but the stay was extremely inconvenient for us, specially for Alleppey.
