Shadowfax courier goa - Cheated by the delivery guy

This is to bring to your notice, that a fraud agent came to deliver my products but lied to me saying that the order payment was declined and didn't reach the office, it shows not paid in the office. But in reality I had paid online and they were prepaid orders. He told me not to worry and pay COD as the payment doesn't show in the office records and said if there is any issue or if extra money is charged, it will be refunded and not to worry. I found it fishy though. He told me that the parcels got wet in rain so some things have been erased on the parcels. I later realized that all * parcels have damage only on the info part. I called Meesho care and got to know that it was fake, they told me to contact him and see if he responds and agrees to come or else to file a complaint. I called him and asked him to give my money back. He said he will contact his office and then come. I kept calling and he said the same thing that he will come and later blocked me. I called from other number but still he didn't respond.I called Meesho care and filed complaint, reported against him. Kindly help me out! Such frauds shouldn't be spared.
