Deal Money - Cheated by the company

Sub:- Regarding cheated by Deal Money for selling the health product for resolving my dispute life insurance of different ** company now these all products to be returned back and release the amount to undersigned
With the reference of above subject Miss Aanidita Chatterjee of “Deal Money” Kolkata office, the office address is Deal money Securities Private Limited, *rd; & *th; Floor, Sugam Business Park, Premises No. J-*, Block EP & GP, Sector V, Salt Lake City, Kolkata:- *** ***, West Bengal, had invited me several times over the phone and after a telephonic discussion, she introduced me that she is working as a third party of IRDA. Her team has been worked for settling the old unsettled life insurance policies through IRDA and settle the policies and refund the found value to me and her information. I went to their office with all documents and she has introduced me with Mr Biman Das (Manager), Mr Jaydeep Mitra (Executive ). As per my requirement for cancellation my old unsettled life insurance policies through their concern and refund my unsettle amount within ** (Ninety) days, therefore, as per instruction of Mr Biman Das (Manager) and Mr Jaydeep Mitra (Executive) and the guidelines of “Deal Money” the following health policies to be procured for refund the found value amount of my old unsettle old insurance policies of various companies. Time to time as per their advice I have procured the health policy product. The health Insurance policies of Deal Money are as follows. :-

As per their information’s, after getting the date of payment of my old to unsettle life insurance policies, then entire unused products of Health Insurance will be returned back by Deal Money and release the payment of all health Insurance policies of Deal Money to the bank through net banking method.
I have continued contact with Mr Biman Das (Manager) of Deal Money from May **** to till February **** and every time Mr Biman Das informed me that your Deal Money health insurance products will be returned back and release your payment within a very short period.
Now, Miss. Daliya of Deal Money operation department enquiries for the said product will be received by me or not and also informed me that the product will not be return back by Deal Money and advised me to contact with the Mr Biman Das immediately about the said product but last two months the mobile of Mr Biman Das has been stopped and his phone is out of reached.
During the purchase of health insurance policies, several times I have informed them that I have no need for health insurance policies because my company/organization provide me with all medical facilities for life long. But they have forced me to purchase the product for cancelling my unsettle life insurance policies of various companies and after that, all unused health insurance product will be return back by Deal Money.
From last February **** to till date the Mobile No. ********** of Mr Biman Das (Manager) has been switch off and The Mobile No. ********** of Mr Jaideep Mitra (Sale Executive) did not receive the call of undersigned. Before that, both of them always assured that your claim has been settled within one to two week and payment will be released shortly. Accordingly, I have blindly believed them and now I have suffered and cheated from them in an organization.
Now, It is informed to you that how I will return and get the money for unused health product from their organization as an early date. This type of crime/forgery not accepted from their organization at this stage. Now, it is requested to you please take the immediate action against Deal Money for refunding my money which was cheated by the above employees of Deal Money.
