RealtyKart - Cheated by supplying used mobile battery

I have purchase mobile battery, but used and swelled battery was supplied after checking the same second day I have applied for refund/ replacement through whats-app and email as no link for refund/ replacement was available onsite.
This is clear case of cheating and supplying the used material which has already outlived their useful life
This cheating has pained me physical, mentally and financially
