I request your intervention to get my hard earn money refunded. Shine has cheated me they have never informed me the total amount which I need to pay, after every step they are asking m to make the payment & I have done the payment. Also they have processed my loan with Zest of Rs. *****/-
It’s a fraud done by shine as they never informed me the entire package that this much amount I need to pay otherwise I have never enroll myself and paid the amount. I have paid this amount by my Credit Card and in current situation I done my money to re pay this amount.
I though it’s a matter of **** to ***** but it’s costing almost * Lakhs which I can’t afford
It’s my request to pl get my amount refunded and cancel my loan application as do want to take the services of Shine.
It’s my hard earn money therefore refund my amount or I have to approach the consumer forum for this. hope you will understand my situation and return the amount to me and cancel my loan with Zest
