Swissclock in - Cheated by sending wrong watch

www.swissclock.in is selling citizen watches (not original) I placed an order on *th July **** through cash on delivery once received kn **th July **** what was advertised and what I received are * different watches, since then I sent mails which is advertised on website and called on numbers which was website and on package both numbers are not reachable. There is no way to contact the seller and I'm cheated I want the refund of ****.
