I am a subscriber of big tv dth from last from many years. my smart card no. is ************. from last * month i am unable to watch channels due to poor signal problem showing in set top box and in search of service support from company i tried to contact the company several times on customer care no. given in the website, but failed to get connect . I even registered my complain on given link in the website but here also no one from the company tried to contact and resolve my problem. This is really pathetic.
I have already paid subscription amount of * years to the company and if the company provides this kind of service i would like to ask for refund of my advance amount Rs. ****/- immediately.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
