Palm greens resort ahmedabad - Cheated by palm greens resort

I had booked a resort online by paying through my debit card and instantly i received a confirmation voucher.. / Palm greens on their official website on *th may **** , check in was on *th may **** , however on reaching i came to know the money is still no been credited to their account , but after wasting * hour they did gave me check in on the condition that if by *th may , my check out date , they don't receive the money i will have to pay another time and they will return the extra amount as soon as they receive it. So by *th also they did nt recvd the money ane i paid another time and they gave me in written they will return extra money paid to them , file attached... I came back and raised my complain with SBI but they said its already got credited on same day and transaction is cleared from their side... Now when i am asking my money back nobody id replying , i also sent them my bank statement on whats app , but they are not givng any clear answer. Its been more than ** days , today i called them atleast ** times but nobody is taking my calls. Please help me guys..
