Drapino - cheated by online suit website

hello sir,
I bought a suit from online website Drapino for Rs.**** but they send me deffective product. i send their product back on my own expense by courier of Rs.***. i requested them to give my money back in my bank account of which detailed i have mailed them. but they refused to do so and forced me to buy another article from their website of the same price ....and assured me that this time they will not disappoint me. but once again they send me the replica of the product which i ordered. the article i recieved is very cheap. once again i mailed them requested them to transfer my money in my given bank account including my courier charges or contact me in my phone no. but no mail is recieved from them. i have already bearing the loss of rs. **** and
now they want me to send their second article back on my expense.but i m not ready to bear loss of self courier again. i mailed them to pick your article yourself and tranfer my money but not getting response from them. please help me as i am already feeling cheated and harrased by them
