Swaleha in - Cheated by online shopping

I ordered a saree cost rs *** on ** days before in swaleha.in sarees. * days before I received the saree & paid rs ***. When I opened the parcel I got shocked, the saree wasn't worth for the cost. Very bad & old used saree. I called for the number gave on the parcel, but they didn't respond to my call, the swaleha.in website didn't open. Kindly help me to get refund.
