Nobroker Home Interiors is a pathetic service provider of Interiors and I am going through hell after having taken their services. There is no transparency, ethics at all. Our project was kicked off in April **** saying it would be a "fast track" project. They committed to us saying they would try to deliver it at the earliest only till we made the first payment. After that, the ordeal started. The design team took more than * months to finish designing even after we gave them extensive inputs, ideas. The design team lacked skills, communication, professionalism and ethics. We were given unrealistic quotes, incorrect items in the quote which had to discover after reviewing it for hours. When questioned, they simply blamed technical issues or gave some silly reasons. They did not design a secret drawer properly, failed to capture customer's requirements miserably. This includes Shoe Rack, Secret Drawer, Kitchen cabinets, accessories etc. I had to fight with Project Manager, Deputy City Manager to get a proper secret drawer executed. The project was initially supposed to be delivered by end of June ****. Due to delays in design, they gave us end of August as delivery date. They took ***% payment from me in first/second week of July saying everything is produced and ready to be dispatched. They showed me a few pictures and demanded ***% payment - which is against their policy published on website. When questioned, they said the payment terms has changed but not updated in the website. I trusted them and made the payment hoping that they would complete and deliver it sooner, only to realize that there were multiple parts missing in the shipment and I was never told about it until I questioned them why certain work is still pending. They dragged the remaining shipments until September **** when I had already paid them in full. I had to spend additional money to extend my stay in a rented house, had to move a lot of my household items to a warehouse because of their delays. Requesting Nobrokers Home Interiors to deliver it soon, explaining my situation never helped. And it's because they don't care about a customer. I denied to sign the handover form because I was unhappy with the Shoe Rack and had no trust on the Nobroker team. Shoe Rack does not fit any of my foot wear. the Project Manager, Deputy City Manager did see it, review it, agreed that yes, it won't fit any of my footwear even after performing some work arounds on the Shoe Cabinet. This is when they decided to trick me into signing the handover form. I was told by the deputy city manager that he had got all approvals to replace the Shoe Rack carcass over phone and asked me to sign the handover form. I denied again and asked him to give it in writing. He then sent an email saying he would replace it, added it to the snag list. I was then assured of it's replacement, made me sign the handover form on ** September ****. Once, I had signed the form, things changed. After a week, the deputy City Manager came back and they cannot replace Shoe Rack. How can they just reject or deny when they had all the approvals to replace it ? This is clearly a case of cheating. There are still SNAG items on the list for which they haven't shared any ETA. Snag period is already over and I still have no ETA on when the SNAG items will be completed. Am being played. Whenever I ask, they simply say they will share ETA tomorrow. Even if they share an ETA, they never stick to it. It keeps changing. I am yet to receive a refund of a material cancellation as well. I don't know if their ETA is real anymore. Now, I need justice for all the mental trauma we have been going through for the last few months, for the financial loss I have gone through, for the harassment I have gone through, for the cheating I have been a victim of. I need a refund for the Shoe Rack or a replacement of it, a realistic ETA on remaining SNAG items, refund of cancelled material. I need a refund due to delayed delivery as per Nobroker refund policy. Nobroker Home Interiors has to stop making false promises, misleading customers with false advertisements.
