Subject- Issue with product sold by ITH Services and denying now to provide Onsite service. Product is under warranty and giving wrong information everytime.

I purchased * cameras (* still cameras and * wireless camera) sold by ITH Services last year November ****, out of which I am facing issue with wireless camera only right after purchase . Dealer clearly mentioned that he will provide *-year onsite service free of cost if we face any issue. Almost after every * weeks camera get offline. Initial * months he provided onsite service and made us fool by giving all baseless reasons that why camera get offline every time- Internet Issue, Inverter Issue, Socket Issue, Modem Issue, etc. We got all things done as per his advise but even after that also issue persist.
He knew very well that product is not performing well within the warranty period where I asked him to refund money back so he denied. And Issue also not resolved. I contacted the product manufacturer (Wall Cam) myself. After checking the setting they confirmed that there is no Socket or internet issue which is mentioned by ITH Services. And they fixed it till some extent but after that also Issue of camera offline remain same.
On **th August again I faced issue with camera (Camera got offline and I was unable to access from my phone plus camera was not accepting the password). I contacted the Service Provider (Wall Cam) where they mentioned first thing that the manufacturer of the product i.e. Videocon already closed *.* years back and such type of issues has to be taken care by Dealer only. When I spoke to ITH Services he denied to provide Onsite service and asking to pay visit charges or bring camera to his office If we want offline service. How can we remove camera which is fixed and carry entire setup along with DVR and Wires? When I questioned him that why will I pay when product is under warranty then he changed his statement and said there is no warranty for the particular product and he provided service earlier because of other * still cameras where he know very well that those still camera are usually work fine and don’t give much problem the way wireless one is giving.
Instead of that he was saying to speak to Service Provider (Wall Cam) only instead of calling him. Then after he stopped answering the call. This product is a big trauma and liability for me and I am unable to use it and I have to spend half of my time to speak and argue with dealer which affects my job also.
I cross checked with Wall cam team also and got it confirmed that Camera has * year warranty. Dealer charged me more than the price of Camera. The price of cameras was Rs ****/- but he quoted ****/-.
I request you to take strict action against Dealer and help me to get money refund for charging double the price of product, for misguiding us and selling the product whose manufacturing got closed by manufacturer and denying to refund the money. Nor providing onsite service and talking rubbish over the phone.
Please note the camera is installed in Faridabad home location but I am not available in India at present to take direct call. But available to speak on email and WhatsApp call.
