Engibiz Multisolutions Pvt Ltd. - Cheated by Engibiz Multisolutions Pvt Ltd.

I was approached by Engibiz Multi solutions Pvt Ltd, **/*** Shiv Complex, Vasundhra Ghaziabad ****** through Mr Ashish Kumar Singh ( Mobile **********). I paid Rs ****/- for email service on **th May to Account *********** SBI Navyug Market Ghaziabad UP. I was promised activation of service in * days. However, after many follow-ups, Mr Singh was not able to provide the service. Then on *st July, I asked Mr Singh to refund the money which he agreed. However, even after one month, he has not refunded the money and also stopped taking calls. This is pure cheating and I don't know what to do.
