Complaint Details:

On **th July ****, I placed an order for a Casio watch through Casio’s official website link, which redirected me to casioindiashop.com.

I made full payment at the time of purchase (proof attached).

After payment, I did not receive proper invoice, delivery timeline, or product.

Despite multiple follow-up emails and reminders, the company has not delivered the product or refunded my money.

They confirmed once that my refund details were forwarded to their accounts team, but after that, no transaction ID or refund was processed.

Customer support is unresponsive, and Casio.com also closed my ticket without any resolution.

Resolution Required:
I request full refund of my payment immediately. I have already waited more than one month without any delivery or refund.
