I make bus booking from gorakhpur to new delhi on **/**/**** timing and date of departure given on confermed ticket was **/**/**** **:** pm but today at * pm same one call me and inform that reach immediately otherwise we will leave you and start moving for new delhi.
I am going new delhi with my wife because my brother-in-law is admitted in hospital at new delhi and he need blood on urgent basis for his operation related to kidney transplant.
This is my complain that how bus service can behave with there customer after knowing urgency of customer.
I have ticket in which my booking is confirmed.
