Punarnava Himalya Wellness Resort - Cheated by Agoda

This is in reference to booking id-*********,I had a stressful and life threatening experience by visiting this property,wherein the way was too steep and risky as shown by the pictures on Agoda website. I was not able to get proper guidance and decided to leave with my newly married wife to the mall road. AGODA never issued me a refund for my concern expressed providing a very bad experience and I would tweet this,if I am not provided the right resolution,as due to the uneven road and steep height my tyres got worn out making me spend an extra to visit this property. Sort this at the earliest,the hotel owner stated to me he never claimed the money and it is on hold with AGODA. So,I want the refund,if you don't want to loose further business as I have a big chunk of references who are using you guys but I am sure this time,I would tweet your misbehave and scam on twitter,if I am not served with proper customer solution.
