I ordered flowers and cake on mothers day for my mom that were to be delivered yesterday.
Once I created the account on their site #MyFlowerTree I received several calls and emails with the hour to confirm my order. Their support team was so eager they took my order on call and sent me the link for payment promising my order would be delivered by * PM. Guess what (surprise), the order wasn't delivered by * .. or * .. or * .. or * .. or * .. or *.. and at * PM I see a message on the website "your order has been deferred to tomorrow".
Here's the funny part, the minute I made the payment, I could not reach their support phone lines from my registered number ( I called about **+ times). I know the game.... so I called from another phone thats not registered and lo and behold.. it connected on the first ring!
I have written several email to @Sumeet_Chhabra CEO of the company to Randheer Singh, Ayan Sharma who are the support staff from this company, no one has bothered to acknowledge my email and all my mails to support@myflowertree.com have bounced back, I tried the chat on the website no one ever responds..my phone is disconnected when I call ***********
This is what I had ordered yesterday and see what I got
Notice it says delivered.. I dont know to who they delivered the flowers to but it definitely wasnt to my mums place and the cake was stale and barely holding together... notice the MOM scribble?
I am asking for a refund #MyFlowerTree and they just vanished in thin air.. and track the #MyFlowerTree and you will see several such complains
