*-I bought an air ticket Udaipur to Delhi for **th Nov ****, vide trip ID : ************ from Cleartrip.com by paying Rs *,***/
*- I decided to change my date and paid another Rs *,***/ for “a service to pre pone my journey date to **th Nov **** from **th Nov **” as fee for date change service (on top of earlier payment of Rs *,***) because I had some urgent work. went to airport, checked in, received boarding passes and waited for over * hours after scheduled departure time but ultimately flight was cancelled and boarding pass was stamped "full refund" by airline, baggage returned and I missed my connection from delhi to bahrain also.

*- I cancelled trip online ( only possible way to do so) & they refunded Rs **** initially as refund forfeiting the rest. On fight they paid further Rs *,***.

*- We had also received an email from airline station manager who asked us to send his email to “agent Cleartrip“ to pay back ***% refund by cancelling both **th and **th Nov tickets but since Cleartrip has no email ID,.
*- Cleartrip refused to pay "date change fee of *,***/" despite our contention that they charged us this Rs *,*** for “a service to change the date of flight but failed to provide that service” because flight was cancelled on changed date of **th Nov **** so I could not use the service for which I paid them. The fee they charged for this service I.e. Rs *,*** must be refunded first of all because promised and paid for service was not provided.
