Honda civic car - cheat damaged my car from highway Honda Bhubneswar orissa

April/ **** my car some problems to sent highway Honda service center ,Bhubneswar
I had some medical problem I never go to meet and pay him .this April/**** I contact to highway Honda and asking the estimate .
He update me ***** RS .need to pay advance */* payment.
My self agree to paying time he demend **% money .my self that one also agree to pay ***** INR .
After pay he Again demend full payment I also paid again ***** INR ,
Totally I paid ***** RS to highway Honda .
Then I asking before start the work you must need to update my car photos or videos.
Then I update to car can repair or not .

When he sent video I shocked the car totally damaged and rusted.
Nothing the car totally rusted

I asking my money refund same day .now he no agree to pay my money to refund

Also my car totally damaged to rustered .

I need to solution of this please help for this situation.

Also I share the screen shot **/may/**** mail from highway Honda. Before not yet update after paid he will create to rust behavior one by one opened.

Before he said no need parking charge just pay estimate charge. Now he talk also parking charge .

See the car condition when can I sent to highway Honda .
Now the car condition totally going rusted.
