Motorola Mobility - Cheat , harass & denied to repair under-warranty phone

Hello Sir/Ma'am
Myself Vishwajit Singh. my registered contact no is **********. I have a Moto g-* turbo phone. Some days before i found my phone was not working properly (charging & charger issue), so i went to service center on **th June , name is Cell Tech Indian in Ludhiana . my job sheet no is - SIRNE*************. My phone was in warranty. She submitted my phone , when i follow up of my phone , she told me , my phone has issue with mother-board , battery & charger , so need to replace Mother-Board, Battery & Turbo Charger & It will take time approx. **-** days .
But * days before , on *th July in evening , i got a call from service center , & she told me that her center authorization from MOTOROLA has been canceled , kindly submit your phone to another service center , when i asked about warranty she told me , another service center will repair under warranty . i took my phone from that service center & went to another service center on *th July , & submitted there , but Another service center told me , there was a internally scratches in display , so need to take approval from senior for this . i told him its fault of ist service center , & at the same time I contacted Motorola customer care and explained everything and spoke to the engineer there too .he agree to repair . but today at * July , i got a call from Motorola service center , clearly denied to repair my phone because its internally damage on touch screen & tempered with motherboard , which is done by ist service center (Cell Tech Ind) & told me kindly take the phone from here .
Now I am very upset with this issue ,& Obviously this is not my fault , but only I’m , facing this issue . means , I’m suffering mentally harassment , physically harassment , effect on my own job, spending money etc...
Kindly help me & resolve this issue...
