Zosta.net - Cheap Smartwatch Delivered instead of What was Ordered

I had order Lemmfo *G-GPS Enabled Smart watch + Earpods worth ****.** but they shipped A* smartwatch which is very cheap in price and earpods were not given. I wrote them over mail multiple times giving proof also but they did not respond.
