Fitflop india - Cheap quality product sent

I ordered sandals from the website www.fitflopsandals.in for **** rupees on *rd of december and recieved the product around **rd of december.

While ordering in the website it showed **** rupees as the price of sandals and **** as shipping charges.so in total **** rupees. But while paying they charged me **** rupees.

I even didnt care much about this. But when i recieved the product and used it for a day i noticed that the leather attached to my sandals are already in torn position

So i wrote a complaint mail to the customer care email id provided in thw website.
They asked for the pictures of the sandals and i sent them.
They acknowledged that its their mistake for sending the wrong product, and since shipping back the sandals would cost me, they asked me to keep the product and in return they would refund back some amount. I said i dont want the refund but send me a new product.they denied saying that the product is out of stock so they cant send a new product and in return they would refund **% of the amount i paid. Which is coming upto **** rupees
Am i looking like a begger, the sandals are so costly but still are manufacturing so low grade quality products, they dont have a new peice to send, and now they are refunding only **% of what i paid.
