I ordered a dress (Suit with dupatta and pyjama) worth Rs. *** and Rs.*** as delivery charges and when it was delivered it was a third-grade cheap saari. Now those cheaters are not refunding my amount although after claiming for the refund and not responding to emails and their contact number is also an IVRS system, they not contacted yet.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
