Maa Sheetla Furniture - Cheap quality furniture products and no support from the shopkeeper

This complaint is against Maa Sheetala Furtuiture shop located in sector **, gurgaon, haryana (contact details: **- **********, **- **********, **- **********)


I placed an order from this shop with these products (one *x* bed, one *x* bed, * side table and * desk table) for ***** rupees including delivery and labor charges.
Products except side table were delivered with in November ****, and found that product were of cheap quality (issues explained below) and matrial were not used as discussed during order placement . We also paid ***** + *** rupees (extra, *** in cash for the labor), and have been expecting support from the shopkeeper for last * months, he is not picking the call and not providing any kind of support despite the warranty of ** years on the products.

Couple of issues that
*. Footer of double bed coming out.
*. Double bed size is ** inch instead of ** from one side, so mattress is not getting fitted property
*. *x* bed has lot of scratches, kind of damaged on one end.
*. Side table not delivered
*. Tried to extract extra money during delivery ( we end up paying *** extra)
*. Proper bill or invoice not provided, hand written kaccha bill provided, should i raise a complaint for the taxation fraud.
