I bought a Hair Straightening Brush from the Viral Gear website on July *th ****. And when the order was finally delivered to me on July **th ****, I found that I received a broken piece of cheap quality and not at all like the one they showed on the website when I bought it! I feel cheated and I want to return this immediately and get a full refund of INR *** that I paid for it! I tried to contact them through their website and their support email id but I have not got any response from them yet. Don't ever buy anything from this website ever!
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
