Sales point - Cheap products delevered and asked to pay twice

I ordered sports bra and received cheap quality bra also not only this the sent me same parcel with cheap material bra and took payment from me twice , I had ordered two three parcels so I couldn’t understand which one is delevered to me hence I made the payment. Also the address on one parcel says New Delhi as shipper address and second one shows u.p as shippers address but they have entered my address and name correctly hence I had accepted the parcel
