Woethnic - Cheap product delivered

I have ordered two sarees each priced Rs ***/- each.it was delivered on ** Th November.Both the sarees are of cheap quapity and a no resemblance with what I ordered from their online site . I tried to contact them on their WhatsApp no: ********** which was not at all responding.I want my cash back.
