Adultworldkart New Delhi - cheap product delivered by Adultworldkart

I've ordered one sex product worth Rs.**,***/- from Adultworldkart.com from B-*, Middle Cir, Block B, Connaught Place, New Delhi-****** on *nd of July ****. On *th July **** I got the message from this company that the courier is on my way and will reach by half-an-hour, I received the product and paid the amount of Rs.**,***/- when I open it, the product was different. So I called the company, they told me that the new boy has delivered my product to somebody. They told me to wait for one week to get the right product delivered but till date i.e.**th August **** no action has been taken. Since it's a sex product I feel apprehensive to make a complaint but it's necessary because many customers just in India will fall victim to this company. I've been calling this company since then and almost all the time they don't pickup the call. Once out of the blue, they pick up the call and the same thing they keep telling me that I will take the matter to the seniors. Out of disparity, I feel the need to make the complaint against this fraudulent company. Can anybody please help?
