Minnies Couture By Neethu Anoj - Cheap product delivered arrogant seller

I had ordered * frocks from Frills and Frocks alias Minnie's couture by Neethu Anoj. They had displayed * beautiful frocks on their page. I ordered a yellow frock which they charged **** and the floral frock for **** Rs. When I received the product it was nowhere similar to what was shown. Both were of cheap material and the pattern too was not matching to the display piece. When we made an enquiry Ms Neethu Anoj was very arrogant and was unapologetic. According to her, I should accept whatever she has sent without questioning. I am attaching the pictures. Also, she cheated me by displaying a frock downloaded from the internet by a renowned brand and claimed it's her own creation. Till now she is not agreeing to it also she replicates renowned brands claims it as her design and sells for the premium price.
