KERUAS - Cheap product delivered and not refunding in bank account

I ordered a kurta set from the site KERUAS on **/*/** which was delivered to me after * weeks. The package contained a very cheap item which looked completely different from the descriptions and pictures in the site. So I asked for returning the product and refund. But the message I got back was that I have to courier the item to their address and refund will only be given in their wallet. Also, they have fake comments about the items in the site which is misleading.
