Geniusmart - cheap product delivered against Bose product

The vendor sent an invoice on *rd May for Bose Soundlink Revolve. While the actual product was a cheap product of make Onlite. This is very inferior product and the vendor is not responding on emails. There is no contact no. or call centre no. on the site. This site looks to be a fake site carrying site address as:

The site has partnered with AlisonBusinessGroup Express and has site named cf.delhivery.com for handling delivery related response.
Both Vendor Geniusmart and cf.delhivery.com seems to fake names under which consumers are being cheated and there is no way to get back to these Companys.
These sites are still operational as on **th Mar, **** and are cheating online consumers. It is expected that these company can wind-up at any time and hence be tracked and action be taken at earliest.
