Groomshop - Cheap product

My son ordered Bose sound sport free truly wireless from groomshop.com.he was eagerly waiting for that to be delivered.i collected the parcel which was delivered by delhivery courier.it was cod.to my dismay..it's a cheapest product not even similar looking.its some tws * which cost not more than *** rupees.i tried calling groomshop but no in true I'd shows fake Bose.no reply to the calls or emails either.
