Offersnyou.com - Cheap item delivered instead of I am actually ordered

I had placed an order at offersnyou.com for a MII* *G MT****+NRF***** Dual chip Waterproof Smart Watch as prepaid worth rupees ***/-. After a week later I received a box which is:
*) Contains a Y*S smartwatch and a battery instead of the ordered item.
*) They didn't include even a charger cable also in that box.
*) There is no user manual in the box.
*) There is no bill and warranty card.
Then I had sent my complaint to their support mail but no response yet. I am attaching the supporting documents.

Wrong item deliveryed by offersnyou. I see post in Facebook watch is looking nice but when I book it I got wrong model receive . Please change it or refund my money.
