Urban Dog - Chat closed without resolving the issue

I have ordered a boxer of size XL worth ***.** from Urban Dog through Myntra.
I have got the order with a packaging showing the Size as XL.
When I opened my item, the size in the boxer was M.
I asked Myntra help centre to return/replace the item and mentioned that the package tag is showing XL size.
Then when I was about to further inform that the product size as attached with the product itself was showing 'M', Myntra closed my chat as issues resolved.
I was about to send Myntra all detailed photos to show that but without waiting for that Myntra closed my chat.
