I signed up with Kansas mid Sep **** and fell for all their false promises. First step of the PR process there was deviation from the given commitment. I immediately asked them to refund my amount. Post going back and forth for a week they finally initiated the refund process on Sep **, ****. Their process states amount gets refunded in * days and post deadline, their again making excuses and delaying. I haven’t availed any services and asked them for a full refund (incl. GST) as they request was raised within a week of sign up. No invoice was shared, no services rendered and now I’m getting harassed chasing them for my money
