Mumtaz Ahmed filed complaint against OLA CAB BANGALORE on Oct 19, 2020
This is in reference to the several reminders i am getting for ola i used. As i have raised several complaints. I clearly stated as follows:
*. I selected Cash while booking the Cab
*. I did not get any notification in SMS or any mode that the payment is done thru olapay
*. While getting down from the cab the driver never told me that the trip is prepaid.
*. my last conversation with Ola Customer Service, i was told that the money has been cancelled and that I dont need to pay anything.
*. Since you record all the calls for training purposes. Pls get this call retrieved made on on my number **** *** *** by Ola Representative.
*. I Placed a complaint as soon as i received the payment reminder, till this time i was assuming that there is no discrepancy in my cash payment done, secondly i have raised several complaints thereafter on this subject.
I dont have any fault from my side. Hence i wont be paying anything. If needed i will go legal and make complaint to the govt authorities.
I am getting unnecessary emails, SMS and calls as payment reminder.
