Bajaj finserv - Charging more money

Dear Sir, today I visited Reliance digital at Jorhat Assam ******, for purchase of motorola phone price *****/- through bajaj Finserv emi virtual card, but the employee of bajaj Finserv have charged *****/-, according to him the monthly emi is ****/- for * month and down payment ****/- Total **,***/-

But in my message that came from Bajaj Finserv is showing saction loan amount *****/- and EMI is ****/-
Sir, I have refused to purchase and went home.

Now, what should I do, sir I want to purchase that mobile through bajaj Finserv emi virtual card. but why they are charging extra but not deducted from the bajaj Finserv emi virtual card, sir please do something and take action, so that they don't do with other customers and also I want that phone but bajaj Finserv has done fraud, I have purchased the bajaj Finserv emi card by paying ***/- rupees hope to purchase that phone, but after visiting the Reliance store Jorhat they are doing scam. sir please do something so that I can purchase it.
